Eligibility

You must be 18+ and able to enter into a binding contract under Ghanaian law.

Influencer obligations

You agree to post the campaign creative truthfully, complete the campaign within the stated window, and submit honest proof of posting.

Advertiser obligations

You agree to fund campaigns before launch, review proofs fairly, and not misuse the dispute system.

Escrow & payouts

Funds are held in segregated escrow. Payouts to influencers are released on advertiser approval, automatic timeout, or admin dispute resolution.

Prohibited conduct

No fake views, view manipulation, misleading creative, illegal products, hate speech, or harassment.
